Energoprojekt was founded in 1951 in Belgrade, the capital of former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, as a state owned company to provide design and consultancy services within hydro and thermal power generation and water management (hydro and thermal power plants, irrigation, land reclamation, water processing etc.).
