PE Electric Power Industry of Montenegro strives to reduce negative impact to environment, as one of the prior requirements for undisturbed operation. On eof the measures, aimed at reduced emissions of pollutants into the recipient water streams was construction of waste water treatment plant. Implemented measures will enable TPP Pljevlja to achieve emission limit values set by national regulation.
EIA Study has analyzed all positive and negative environmental impacts expected during both construction and operation phase and has defined technical and organizational measures to be conducted in order to prevent or reduce negative impact on the environment and human health.
