The Scope of Work comprises the following:
Investigation Works included Topographical survey and Soil investigation.
Water Pipeline to Resort Hotel is 9,950 m long and made of HDPE pipes 315 mm in diameter, suitable for pressure of 16 bars.
Water Pipeline to New Hospital, from connection point to proposed DN 315 mm pipeline to Hotel up to plot of future Hospital shall be routed along the existing asphalt road. The first section made of HDPE pipes 250 mm in diameter, having a length of 3,600 m. The second section shall be made of HDPE pipes, 180 mm in diameter and 670 m long. The third section is connection pipeline to future PAEW’s Accommodation and Administration Compound. This section is 190 m long, made of HDPE pipes 180 mm in diameter.
Tanker Filling Station includes elevated water tank, three bays tanker filling point, guard house, water supply and drainage, power supply, access road and internal roads and boundary wall and gates.
Administration and Accommodation Compound includes administration building, accommodation building, workshop, spare Parts Store, guard house, roads, pavements and car parking and boundary wall and gates.
