Consultancy Services for the Provision of IPPC permit
Environmental Monitoring Plans for Belgrade District Heating Plants with thermal output of more than 10 MWth, Serbia

In order to comply with regulatory requirements related to the issues of environmental protection, PE District Heating Plants Belgrade Belgrade have an obligation to obtain IPPC permits for their heating plants. Documentation needed for IPPC application include Environmental Monitoring Plan for each of the plants addressed. Environmental Monitoring Plan is to be prepared based on BREF documents and local regulations. BREF documents for large combustion plants represent a reference documentation for permit conditions, addressing emissions to air, water, soil and ground.

Monitoring plans assembled define technical and organizational measures, including methodology and frequency of emission measurements to be conducted, needed to ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements.
