Consultancy Services for the Provision of IPPC permit - Energy Efficiency Reports for Belgrade District Heating Plants, Serbia

In order to comply with regulatory requirements related to the issues of environmental protection, PE District Heating Plants Belgrade have an obligation to obtain IPPC permits for their heating plants. Energy Efficiency Reports, as an integral part of IPPC application documentation, need to be assembled for plants with more than 50 MWt of installed capacity, according to provisions presented in BREF documents. Documentation needed for IPPC application include Environmental Monitoring Plan for each of the plants addressed.

Energy Efficiency Reports, prepared for five Heating Plants of PE District Heating Plants Belgrade, comprised detailed plant operation analysis regarding energy and consumption of other resources, as needed to obtain energy consumption and energy efficiency indicators. Technical and organizational measures were defined in order to improve the value of these indicators, according to local and EU regulation regarding energy efficiency levels.
