Aiming to ensure safe, reliable and technically accurate tanker loading facility of NGL Plant, , Qatar Petroleum carried out the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for upgrade of the existing propane truck loading system by replacing the weighbridge and associated instrumentation & control.
As a part of its Engineering Consultancy Services, Energoprojekt ENTEL prepared environmental documentation according to QP Guidelines and Qatar regulation. The scope of services included project activities’ review and identification of potential negative impacts on environment during construction and operation phase. Depending on the estimated level of environmental impact, necessary control measures were defined in order to prevent, mitigate or eliminate pollutant emission. ENTEL’s team conducted for QP stuff, followed by the Environmental Risk Register document transferred to the EPIC Contractor.
