Installation of PV Power Station (115 kW) on the Roof of Energoprojekt Headquater Building, Serbia

In accordance with the European trends related to sustainability and the use of renewable energy sources, as well as imposed by obligations under Energy Community Treaty, Republic of Serbia has adopted a set of regulations implementation of Directive 2001/77/EC on the promotion of electricity production from renewable sources. Accordingly, feed-in tariffs have been introduced as an incentive for promote investments in the field of renewable energy sources.

Energoprojekt ENTEL has decided to be a leader in this process, becoming the first private entity to be granted a status of privileged electricity producer a photovoltaic power station installed on the roof of Energoprojekt corporate building in Belgrade. Design, financial analysis, construction management and supervision, as well as permit engineering were all carried out by in-house resources.

The overall installed capacity of ENTEL’s PV station equals 115 kW. PV plant is connected to 10kV distribution network by 10/0,4 250 kVA transformer located in the Energoprojekt corporate building.
