Design of the Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant on the Roof of UN Building in Belgrade, Serbia

The Government of the Republic of Serbia has landed a state-owned building in Belgrade to the UN Country Team in Serbia. The building is to be used as an UN House Serbia. The UN team has planned to install a solar (PV) power plant on the roof of the building in question, thus contributing to the broad UN initiative – to run its operations in a resource-efficient, sustainable and accountable way.

Designed capacity of PV power plant on the roof of UNDP building equals 25 kW. The PV plant shall be connected to building distribution board and it is predicted to reduce import of electrical energy from distribution network.
