The project scope addresses preparation of is detailed design and provision of engineering services for eleven (11) Plant Change Requests (PCRs)/Statement of Requirements (SORs):
- Replacement of existing 240V UPS at FNF
- Replacement of existing Distribution Board DB-564 in PW05
- Replacement of Fixed type Fuse Switch for Seal Gas Heater E-9608 with draw able type Fuse Switch Unit at Gas Recycling Plant
- Relocation of distribution boards from hazardous areas to non-hazardous areas at Jaleha degassing station
- Replacement of welding sockets and distribution boards at FAHM
- Modification of wellhead transformer feeders and fuel gas heaters control panel feeders at Gas Recycling Plant
- Replacement of UPS units at Gas Recycling Plant
- Study K-9203A/B lube oil run down tank temperature control by installation of heat tracing system for lube oil tanks
- Modifying and shifting of battery box for diesel engine driven fire water pump P-9453 at Gas Recycling Plant
- Retrofit of 59 Nos. Motor Starters in Sub stations A,B,C,D & E at Gas Recycling Plant
- Replacement of Lighting Poles at RG plant.

- Project meetings and follow up as it might be required.

- Preparation of the Documents Control Schedules, Drawing Registers, Time Schedule, etc. as required by Tender Documents.

- Site Visits, Data Collection and Preparation of Worksite Survey Report.
- Detailed Design Scope
- Preparation of Specifications, Calculations, Data Sheets and Detail Design Drawings for Engineering Works related to electrical and loss prevention design works in accordance with the QP requirements.

- Review of the Vendor’s drawings, material submittals and other technical data,
- “As-Built” Drawings
- Preparation of “As-Built” drawings as per red-marked AFC drawings, stamped and approved by QP.
